Seabiscuit History

Ridgewood Ranch was home to the legacy racehorse Seabiscuit

Many of the buildings at Ridgewood Ranch were built by the Howard Family during their ownership of the land, and the Seabiscuit legacy lives on in these historic buildings. The Seabiscuit Heritage Foundation has worked to preserve the buildings and history at Ridgewood Ranch, and they are proud to present guided and self guided tours for public access.

The Seabiscuit Stud Barn is a National Historic Site that was restored and now houses a museum that can be visited 7 days a week in a self-guided tour. To book a guided tour, contact us at ridgewoodranchevents@gmail.com

Cost is $20/person, children under 11 years are free.
